I had a mixed experience at the Radisson Blu Marrakech. The location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants, and I enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and delicious breakfast. However, I was disappointed with the way my incident regarding lost items was handled, which overshadowed some of the positive aspects.

My stay at Radisson Blu Marrakech was a mixed experience. While the location is perfect for exploring the area and the hotel is modern and clean, the service left much to be desired. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and I encountered issues with my room that impacted my stay. Overall, I enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel but would consider a different option next time.

My stay at Radisson Blu Marrakech had its ups and downs. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. The rooms were lovely and spacious, but the breakfast was just okay and had room for improvement. Additionally, while the location was convenient, there were several small issues that made my experience a bit frustrating. Overall, I left with mixed feelings. 🌇😊

The room was clean, spacious, and had a terrace. However, I found the bathroom setup with an open shower area a bit concerning; water often spilled onto the floor, making it slippery. Plus, the air conditioning was hard to regulate, leading to discomfort during my stay.
Service

The service had its highlights, with staff like Zakia being exceptionally friendly and eager to help. However, there were instances where calls to reception went unanswered, and that was quite frustrating, especially when I needed assistance.

The hotel is located on a main road, making it easy to access local attractions like the medina and restaurants. It’s only about 15 minutes on foot to the old city, which I appreciated for exploring Marrakech.

Breakfast offered a variety of options, but the quality was inconsistent. I missed having fresh berries and fish options. The arrangement felt crowded and chaotic, with items sometimes being cleared away too quickly.

The fitness center was well-equipped and the pool area was nice. However, I did find it frustrating that the lifts were slow and sometimes didn't access all floors, which added to the inconvenience.

My stay at the Radisson Blu Marrakech was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of modern Marrakech and close to a shopping mall. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues and communication barriers with the staff. While the breakfast offered a variety of choices, the quality could use some improvement. Overall, it was a decent hotel but with room for enhancement.
Rooms

My room was cozy and nicely decorated, but I noticed some issues like stains on the carpet and dried blood on the bathroom wall. I was initially given an upgrade to room 3001, which unfortunately had an uncomfortable outdoor seating area. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, with some mold present.
Service
7.0
The staff members were welcoming and tried their best to assist me. However, I found it difficult to communicate with some who didn't speak much English. Despite this, their patience and attentiveness during busy times, like breakfast, stood out.

The location was excellent, being very central in Guéliz with easy access to diversos shops and restaurants. I could walk to the Médina in about 20-30 minutes, which I appreciated. The surrounding atmosphere was lively, although not without its share of street noise.
Dining

Breakfast was diverse but could be improved in terms of quality. I also found the restaurant prices, especially for drinks, to be quite steep. Despite the variety, many items did not seem up to par with what I would expect in a hotel of this caliber.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had various facilities, but I found the pool area a bit disappointing as it was shady too early in the day. Room service and housekeeping were satisfactory, although I think there should be better enforcement of placing items back after cleaning.
