The hotel's location proved quite convenient.
My experience included a concerning incident at breakfast. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, I noticed missing plates and teacups with personnel standing around. Many of them seemed unsure about their duties, this created a chaotic environment.

The hotel offered a spacious room upgrade, a nice gesture. I had a very big balcony where I could enjoy the weather. The breakfast included a wide variety of options, so I could always try something different. The staff made sure I was always taken care of. The pool was heated.

I liked the pool area as it was maintained well and had many spots. The gym had several modern machines. I could get a full workout. The concierge service was available 24/7, and they were very attentive.

The suite included a separate living area. The bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower, so I could relax. The room also included a coffee machine and a minibar, THAT was convenient.

Breakfast featured a buffet with many options. I was delighted with the freshly squeezed juices that were available daily. The on-site restaurant offered a menu with local and international dishes.

The location is GREAT. It offers easy access to modern shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a good selection of Moroccan dishes (the omelette lady makes a MEAN omelette to order!). The heated outdoor pool WAS relaxing.

the staff was amazing from reception to housekeeping. saida and boucha, the cleaners on the 4th floor, were friendly. pre arrival email responses were prompt. hotel management was excellent and breakfast buffet had a wide selection. the pool was relaxing creating a wonderful ambience (perfect for a calm getaway).
